I've got an annoying cold. I wake up every morning with a sore throat and go to bed every night congested. I hate taking cold medicine because I just drag the next day. So I'm fighting it the old fashion way. I'm drinking lots of fluids, eating oranges and apples, sucking on echinecea&vitamin C enriched cough drops and taking naps. It will be gone soon. My body needs to be healthy. I've got such back aches and neck aches from sleeping uncomfortably. This afternoon before class I fell asleep in my computer chair because I was just so exhausted. I need to be babied. I am definitely like that, I want to be taken care of when I'm sick. I need to be cuddled with and given extra attention.

Anyhoo.. yesterday morning I went in to wake James and get the dirty laundry together and went to cough (I have a bad cough, which in turn has torn apart my throat) and threw up right there on the floor of the bedroom. Wtf right? I didn't even feel sick, thats just how strong my cough is. If it doesn't get any better I'm going to start worrying about that whooping cough epidemic happening here in Wisconsin.

In other news we returned our home theater that we got up at the ass-crack of dawn to get at Best Buy. It was a piece of crap and thats why it was so cheap. So we are $42 richer now with no home theater. Oh well. We have $20 worth of gift certificates but they didn't refund those, they said they would be mailed to us. So we'll probably see those in like 5 months. I was really grumpy earlier today, but after my nap I was a lot better. Tomorrow I can sleep in until Iike 8:15 *sigh of relief* thank goodness.

Looks like we're having New Year's at our place again this year, so if you are my friend and want to come, email me and we'll start planning. I'm going to need everyone to chip in this year, because we're going to be SOOOO broke. So you know who you are! Email me!

And in an entirely random note, the song "Hold On" by Good Charlotte (and the video) are beautiful. I must listen to it over and over again now. Oh and one more random note: I was a complete idiot tonight and busted my USB jump drive when I bent it, being the clutz I am. $35 down the drain *sigh* Anyone wanna buy me one for Xmas?
