Location: Parents' house (sleeping over in a warm place!)

James and I are moving March 1st! I'm so excited, but at the same time I'm so overwhelmed. I just moved in here and now we have to pack up and move again. But this is for the better. We will be in a lower level (no stairs!!) 2 bedroom apartment. We went and looked at it together the other night and James really liked it. It was below 0 with the windchill that night and when we got in the apartment it was warm. Then the manager says to me "Guess what? The heat isn't even on!" You get the heat from the other apartments! Thats nothing like our place. James is so fed up with how cold it is in our bedroom that he now sleeps on the couch. Our room is freezing. I can't even describe how cold it is on our place. On Thursday night I was shivvering and my whole body was like ice. I worry about my cats the most though. Huggs has a nonstop runny nose and Cleo is always running around with a wet head from drinking out of the leaky bathtub faucet. Every chance I get I hold on to them and wrap them up in blankets. I just can't seem to get the place warm. Everything I try doesn't work. It doesn't help that the blower is broken on the heater and the house is 100 years old. There is like NO insulation. The walls are paper thin and frozen to the touch. Only 1 month to go.. only 1 month. Right now we're just waiting to get all our Tax return forms so we can file. The sooner we file, the sooner we get the money, the sooner we get our bills paid off, the sooner we have our security deposit!! I'm getting pretty sleepy and I need to get some sleep. I've been up since 7am this morning. So I'm going to wrap this us. I still need to make a little banner for up top. I'll get around to that eventually. Later.
