I'm scared. I got my cholestorel tested last week at the doctor and I got the results today over the phone. I have high cholestorel and I'm only 19 years old! Its 258, and its supposed to be 199. I'm so disgusted at how I treat my body and I'm highly disappointed in my lack of exercise. I need to get moving and get myself healthy. I can do it. I need to lose this weight. I hate myself right now. I'm going to go lay down and think about how disgusting I am.
