Everyone out there that reads my blog needs to start talking to me on AIM. I'm so freaking bored and most of the time James ignores me and plays checkers! I added a little link button over there for all of my adoring fans to link me with. I'll probably just put a new one up with every new layout design, but feel free to use whatever one you like as I change them. I just hate to have something clash on my site. I'm the type of person who worries if her flip-flops, toe nail polish and outfit match, I can't be ANY different with my site! Today I had off work so I hung out with my mom and went to Wal Mart. After that James and I went up to the Ultra Diamond Zone store up at the mall and looked at engagement rings *shock*. Yeap. I showed him what I liked and we got the prices and stuff. My favorite ring was $2000.00 which is WAYYYY too much. So I found a different set that I liked just as well. The nice thing about diamonds is every year you own your diamond its value goes up 10%. That means I can upgrade after a few years! hehe! This is my engagement ring and wedding band that I finally picked out after an hour at the store:



The wedding band is 1/4 ctw and the engagement ring is 1/2 ctw, giving a grand total of 3/4 ctw which is pretty nice. They're both on platinum bands as well. I was surprised to find out that my fat fingers aren't as fat as I thought they were. I actually wear about a 9.25-9.5 size ring. I thought I was like a 10.5 or something. Good thing we checked that out! hehe. I wanted to get the ring right away, but I have to wait until James gets the money and goes in and buys its for me and gives it to me. I want to be completely surprised. Its about $700.00 for both rings, but he's only going to get the engagement ring right now. I think its a pretty reasonable price for an engagement ring and wedding band. I'm excited. HE wants to marry me. I want to marry him. This only happens in fairy tales.
